Rhizome short. Pseudobulbs close together, ovoid, longitudinally grooved, 1-1.2 by 0.5-0.7 cm; 1-leaved. Leaf erect, subpetiolate, lanceolate, 5.5 by 1.6-1.7 cm, acute; midrib grooved above, keeled below. Inflorescences fasciculate, erect, 1-flowered; peduncle filiform, 1.2-2.5 cm long, at the base with several tubular acuminate sheaths. Floral bract tubular, keeled, subulate-acuminate, 0.33 cm long. Flower widely opening, c. 2 cm wide. Median sepal erect, linear-lanceolate, 1.15 by 0.23 cm; apex swollen, acute; nerves 3, strongly prominent outside. Lateral sepals obliquely lanceolate, somewhat falcate-incurved, 1.18 by 0.25 cm; apex swollen, acute, concave; nerves 3, outside strongly prominent. Petals very small, obliquely ovate, falcate, acute, acuminate, 1-nerved, 0.15 cm long. Lip mobile, porrect, rather large, almost straight, clawed, 3-lobed, when spread 0.9 cm long; claw sublinear, 0.17 cm long; lateral lobes near the base of the claw minute, obliquely erect, obtuse, 0.07 cm long, connected by a transverse lamella; blade of the mid-lobe convex, above strongly verruculose-papillose, 7-nerved, when spread oblong-ovate, 0.75 by 0.28 cm, acuminate, subobtuse. Column moderately slender, 0.18 cm long, curved; apex swollen, below the stigma with an obtuse swelling; stigma longitudinal, slit-like; clinandrium angular dentate; column-foot very short, slightly projecting, broadly wart-shaped, broader than the column itself. Epiphyte on Pandanus in Pandanus and Metroxylon swamps; 500 m.
