Synonyms:
Epiphyte, slender, 5-7 cm long. Rhizome elongated, slender, terete. pseudobulbs rather wide apart. Roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, glabrous. Pseudobulbs cylindrical-conical, very small, to the apex gradually narrowed, 0.5-0.6 by 0.2-0.3 cm above the base; 1-leaved. Leaves erect or erect-patent, linear or linear-oblanceolate, glabrous, chartaceous; 3-4 by 0.3-0.4 cm above the middle; apex minutely and unequally bilobulate. Inflorescences 1-flowered, slender, to 5 cm long, glabrous. Floral bracts very small, many times shorter than the slender pedicellate ovary. Flowers similar to and as large as Bulbophyllum ischnopus Schltr. Sepals lanceolate, acute or acuminate, glabrous. Median sepal 0.8 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique c. 1 cm long. Petals very small obliquely ovate, acuminate, glabrous, 0.25 cm long. Lip ovate-ligulate, narrowed to the apex, obtuse, somewhat fleshy, glabrous, 0.3 cm long. Column short; stelidia 2, subulate, suberect, somewhat exceeding the anther. Anther ovate-oblong, obtuse, glabrous. Ovary pedicellate, very slender, glabrous, including the pedicel 1.4 cm long. Flower brownish. Lateral sepals yellowish.
Epiphyte in lower montane forest; 800 m.
Malesia (New Guinea).
