Synonyms:

Epiphyte, small, tufted, to 17 cm high. Rhizome very short. Pseudobulbs narrowly ovoid or cylindrical-ovoid, c. 2 cm long; 1-leaved. Leaf erect or suberect, oblanceolate-ligulate, acute or subacuminate, subcoriaceous, glabrous, 12-20 by 2-3.4 cm above the middle; base gradually narrowed, petiole-like. Inflorescences 1-flowered, short, hardly 1 cm long; peduncle short, with few peduncle-scales. Floral bracts cucullate, apiculate, much shorter than the pedicellate ovary. Flowers glabrous. Sepals narrowly lanceolate, 2.2 cm long; apex narrowed, subobtuse. Lateral sepals at the base with somewhat widened front margin, forming a short, very obtuse, 0.4 cm long mentum with the column-foot. Petals much smaller than the sepals, obliquely lanceolate-linear, acute, almost two times longer than the column, 0.6 cm long. Lip curved, in outline narrowly rhombic, subobtuse, hardly 0.4 cm long; base in the middle with two indistinct ribs; apical half narrowed. Column short, hardly 0.4 cm long; stelidia suberect, subobtuse, the inner margin obtusely sublobulate, distinctly exceeding the anther; column-foot rather long, with somewhat incurved apex.
