Epiphyte, spreading, to 20 cm long. Rhizome stem-like, curved, covered with sheaths. Roots filiform, glabrous. Pseudobulbs cylindrical, subparallel to the rhizome, 0.5-0.7 by 0.2 cm; 1-leaved. Leaf oblanceolate, ligulate; minutely apiculate, gradually narrowed towards the base, when dried black, 4-7 by 0.8-1.1 cm above the middle. Inflorescences 1-flowered, short, with a few small peduncle-scales. Floral bracts very small, much shorter than the ovary. Sepals ovate, apiculate, glabrous, hardly 0.3 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique. Petals obliquely ligulate, strongly obtuse, 0.15 cm long; in the middle the margins subserrulate-irregular. Lip fleshy, obtuse, 0.25 cm long; base shortly 2-auriculate; underneath densely papillose-puberulous; above obtuse 2-ribbed with median pit. Column short; stelidia subulate, exceeding the middle of the lip; column-foot somewhat incurved at the apex. Anther cucullate, glabrous. Pedicel and ovary short, glabrous, 0.35 cm long.
