Synonyms:
Epiphyte, spreading, to 30 cm long. Rhizome stem-like. Roots filiform, flexuose, glabrous. Pseudobulbs superposed, very tightly adnate to the rhizome, 1-1.5 by 0.2 cm; 1-leaved. Leaf ligulate, apiculate, 0.3-0.5 by 0.5-0.8 cm in the middle; base narrowed. Inflorescences 1-flowered, very short, with a few small peduncle-scales. Sepals ovate-lanceolate, acuminate, glabrous, c. 1 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique, somewhat longer than the median one. Petals obliquely obovate-oblong, obtuse, glabrous, 0.3 cm long. Lip oblong, obtuse, glabrous, 0.4 cm long; upper side shortly 2-ribbed; near the apex the margins slightly recurved, somewhat narrowed. Column short; stelidia very short, falcate, subacute; column-foot almost straight. Anther helmet shaped-cucullate, apiculate, glabrous. Ovary and pedicel short, glabrous, 0.8 cm long. Flower white. Lip red with yellow apex.
Epiphyte in lower montane forest; 1000-2100 m.
