Epiphyte, very small, to 10 cm high. Rhizome short, creeping. Roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, glabrous. Pseudobulbs ovoid, obtuse, 4-angled, 1-1.5 by 0.6-1 cm below the middle; 1-leaved. Leaves erect, ligulate, obtuse, with a minute apicule, glabrous, chartaceous, 3.5-7 by 0.8-1 cm near the middle; base subpetiolate-narrowed. Inflorescence 1-flowered, basal, erect or suberect, filiform, 2.5-3.5 cm long, with few, very small peduncle-scales. Floral bracts clasping, elliptic, apiculate, much shorter than the very slender pedicellate ovary. Flower erect or suberect. Sepals reflexed, obtuse, glabrous, linear with lanceolate base, c. 2.5 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique. Petals ascending, oblong-falcate, obtuse, glabrous, 0.35 cm long. Lip distinctly exceeding the sepals, tongue-shaped, linear-convex, obtuse, glabrous, 3 cm long; above with a longitudinal keel; below hollow. Column slender, curved; stelidia decurved, wing-like, obtuse, 3-lobulate; column-foot almost absent. Anther oblongoid-quadrangular, cucullate, obtuse, umbonate, glabrous.
