Synonyms:
Epiphytes. Rhizome 0.15–0.2 cm diam.; rhizome scale leaves not long persistent, only few thin fibers remaining. Pseudobulbs 0.3–0.6 cm apart, (obliquely) erect, ovoid, 0.6–1.3 by 0.3–0.5 cm. Leaf petiole 0.4–0.7 cm long; blade elliptic(-oblong) to obovate, 1.5–2.6 by 0.4–0.6 cm, index 3.3–3.8; apex subacute. Inflorescences 11–12 cm long, solitary to few in a fascicle, 1-flowered; peduncle 6.5–7.0 cm long; scale leaves 3, the longest 0.3–0.4 cm long; floral bracts 0.35–0.4 cm long. Pedicel and ovary 0.2–2.6 cm long; basal node 0.28–0.3 cm above the floral bract attachment. Flower pendulous. Median sepal at the very base adnate to the laterals, towards the apex somewhat recurved, c. porrect, ovate, c. 2.4 by 0.53 cm, index 4.5–4.6, very thin; margins entire; glabrous; apex acuminate-caudate; 3-nerved. Lateral sepals as the median sepal but slightly oblique, c. 2.7 by 0.62 cm, index 4.3–4.4. Petals free, porrect, c. triangular, c. 0.04 by 0.07 cm, index 0.5–0.6, thin; margins entire; apex truncate; glabrous; 1-nerved. Lip in outline obovate-rhombiform, c. 0.24 by 0.3 cm, index c. 0.8 (without spreading), rather thick; near its base slightly recurved; margins entire; above with a rather inconspicuous basal cavity, basal teeth converging, leaving a depression in between, and then widening into a convex, flat-topped, median callus of obovate outline along the length of the lip, with 2 inconspicuous, slightly diverging ridges close together towards its base, with a deep median furrow in between which slightly widens towards the apex of the lip; below with a median ridge with an c. flat crest with a wide, shallow median groove towards the base of the lip; apex broadly rounded and slightly emarginate; glabrous. Column including rostellum c. 0.23 cm long; column-foot with a small, conical, obtuse central callus above the lip attachment; stigma elliptic, distinctly protruding at its base; rostellum distinctly protruding; stelidia absent; anther on underside with a narrow, rounded ridge, front drawn out into a thin, concave, triangular, c. acute beak, its surface glabrous; pollinia 4.
