Epiphyte, erect or spreading, c. 20 cm long. Rhizome stem-like. Roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, glabrous. Pseudobulbs crowded, conical-cylindrical, 1-leaved, 1.3-1.5 by 0.3-0.4 cm at the base. Leaf erect, ligulate, obtuse, glabrous, subcoriaceous, 7-10 by 0.8-1.3 cm near the middle; base weakly narrowed into a petiole. Inflorescence 1-flowered, very short, covered with few small sheaths, 0.4 cm long. Floral bracts lanceolate, almost as long as the ovary, acute. Flower small for the section, erect-patent. Sepals patent or subreflexed, glabrous, oblong, shortly acuminate, 0.75 cm long, the lateral sepals somewhat broader than the median one, oblique. Petals obliquely linear-ligulate, 0.3 cm long; at base and below the apex somewhat dilated; margins minutely subdenticulate-irregular. Lip narrowly linguiform, obtuse, 0.5 by 0.2 cm above the middle; below the middle slightly constricted; at base with an oblong thickening; underneath with a slit; except for the basal thickening very minutely papillose-punctate. Column almost straight; stelidia triangular-falcate, ascending, short; column-foot almost absent. Anther rounded-cucullate, glabrous, umbonate; apex minutely 3-lobulate.
