Stems stout, to more than 40 cm by 5 mm. Leaf sheaths 2 cm long, ribbed. Leaves lanceolate, 10 by 1.5 cm, thinly coriaceous, keeled below, apex acuminate, strongly unequally bilobulate. Inflorescences arising laterally from the stem, racemose, 5 cm long, 2-flowered. Flowers c. 1 cm across. Dorsal sepal ovate, 0.6 cm by 4 mm. Lateral sepals broadly triangular, 0.6 cm by 6 mm, mentum very short, obtuse. Petals narrower than the sepals, oblong, apex rounded. Lip 3-lobed, obcuneate, 0.6 by 0.5 cm, with two thick keels extending to the base of the midlobe; lateral lobes lanceolate, acute; midlobe as long as the lateral lobes, obovate, margins minutely denticulate. Column thick, stelidia short, erect; clinandrium shallow.
