Stems slender or rather thick, erect, 10-15 cm high, many-leaved. Leaves oblong or linear-lanceolate, obliquely and unequally bidentate, 2.5-3.8 by 0.2-0.63 cm; leaf-sheaths tuberculate-warty. Floral head 1.4-1.9 cm wide, 5-8-flowered. Floral bracts broadly ovate, subacute, striate, 0.63-0.84 cm long. Pedicel 0.42-0.63 com long. Median sepal ovate, subacute, concave, 0.32 cm long. Lateral sepals broadly ovate, subacute, concave, base oblique. Petals ovate, subacute, concave, 0.32 cm long. Lip deeply saccate at the base, obtuse, 0.42 cm by 0.21 cm; blade patent, ovate-oblong, obtuse, 0.16 cm long, the sides in the middle plicate-reflexed, disc 5-keeled. Column clavate, 0.26 cm long, wings oblong, obtuse. Mentum saccate-oblong, obtuse, 0.42 cm long.
