Stems much branched, 20 cm long, laterally compressed. Leaf sheaths with verruculose ribs. Leaves scalpelliform, almost triquetrous, verruculose on the mid-rib, apex acute. Inflorescences terminal, 1-flowered. Flower 0.5-0.6 cm across. Median sepal patent, oblong, apex obtuse. Lateral sepals patent, oblong, apex obtuse. Petals ligulate, shorter and narrower than the sepals, apex acute. Lip spurred, at the base with two calli, on the blade pilose-glandulose, concave, obtusely pointed; spur as long as the sepals, somewhat compressed. Column very short, clinandrium and stigma deeply concave; rostellum very broad, emarginate.
