Synonyms:

Terrestrial, erect, small, about 20 cm high. Rhizome decumbent, stem-like. Roots elongated, flexuose, villose. Stem leafy, terete, glabrous. Leaves erect-patent or patent, petiolate; blade obliquely lanceolate or elliptic-lanceolate, acute, glabrous, 2.5-5 cm long, below the middle 1-1.7 cm wide; petiole widened at the base, clasping the stem, 1-1.5 cm long. Inflorescence rather densely 6-10-flowered, secund, erect, glandulose-puberulous, peduncle with a few bract-like scales, rachis up to 6 cm long. Bracts erect-patent, lanceolate, acuminate, scarcely longer than the ovary. Flowers erect-patent, sepals oblong, obtuse, outside sparsely glandulose-puberulous, 4.5 mm long. Lateral sepals oblique, somewhat widened at the base. Petals about as long as and adhering to the median sepal, clawed, obliquely ovate-rhombic, subacute, glabrous. Lip oblong-cucullate, in front widened into a slightly broader, reniform, obtuse lobe, glabrous; spur subquadrate, bifid in apical third, 2.5 mm long. Column short, in front thickened in the middle; rostellum large. Anther lanceolate-cucullate, sharply acute. Ovary cylindrical, glandulose-puberulous, about 0.6 cm long.
