Synonyms:

Terrestrial, erect, small, 20-25 cm high. Rhizome decumbent, stem-like. Roots elongated, flexuose, villose. Stem straight, leafy, terete, glabrous. Leaves usually patent, petiolate, blade obliquely lanceolate or elliptic-lanceolate, acute, glabrous, 4-5.5 cm long, below the middle 1.3-1.5 cm wide, petiole 1-1.5 cm long, widened at the base, clasping the stem. Inflorescence erect, glandulose-puberulous, peduncle with a few distant, bract-like scale-leaves, rather densely 5-7-flowered, rachis up to 5 cm long. Bracts erect, lanceolate, acuminate, a little longer than the ovary. Flowers suberect. Sepals oblong-ligulate, obtuse, outside sparsely glandulose-pilose, 4.5 mm long. Lateral sepals oblique, a little widened at the base. Petals obliquely rhombic-oblanceolate, obtuse, glabrous, a little shorter than and adhering to the median sepal. Lip as long as the petals, oblong-cucullate, in front widened into a distinctly broader, subreniform, obtuse lobe, spur subquadrate, bifid almost up to the middle, 0.2 cm long. Column short, in front below the stigma provided with a double keel or lamella, glabrous, rostellum large. Anther ovate-oblong, cucullate, acuminate. Ovary cylindrical, glandulose-puberulous, 0.6 cm long.
