Pseudobulbs closely spaced, elongated, stem-like, to 15 cm long, 0.5-0.6 cm thick when dried, 3-4-leaved at the apex, internodes few, the basal and apical ones short, the middle ones making up the largest part of the pseudobulb. Leaves linear-lanceolate, at the base and towards the apex acuminate, to 12 cm by 1-1.5 cm. Racemes arising from the axils of some of the cataphylls near the base, few- to several-flowered, rather short, 6-8 cm long, rachis thin, glabrous. Floral bracts ovate, acute, reflexed, scarcely half as long as the ovary, glabrous. Median sepal lanceolate. Lateral sepals narrowly triangular, 0.6 cm long; mentum very short, rounded. Petals narrower, lanceolate, acuminate. Lip 0.3-0.35 cm long, clawed, entire, ovate-acuminate, weakly concave, without keels or calli, only with the mid-rib slightly raised. Column short, stelidia large, rounded.
