Terrestrial (?), erect, tiny, up to 3 cm high. Stem short, terete, up to 1.2 cm long, 1-leaved, at the base with two small sheaths. Leaf patent, suborbicular-cordate, apiculate, up to l.2 by 1 cm, glabrous. Flower sessile. Floral bract lanceolate, acuminate, much shorter than the ovary. Median sepal at the base ligulate, suborbicular-dilated, apiculate, incurved-somewhat concave, 1.7 cm long, below the apex 0.7 cm wide, glabrous. Lateral sepals falcate-porrect, narrowly linear, sharply acute, 1.5 cm long, glabrous. Petals similar to the lateral sepals but smaller, 1.2 cm long, oblique, at the base somewhat dilated. Lip erect, curved, at the base cucullate-ligulate, abruptly reniform-dilated, flabellate, notched at the apex, margins irregularly and obtusely denticulate, with c. 13 weakly keeled-thickened, minutely papillose nerves, lip in total 0.8 cm long; when flattened above the middle 1.2 cm wide; spurs 2, obliquely cylindrical, subacute, scarcely 0.3 cm long.
