Synonyms:

Caespitose, stemless, small, slender, up to 14 cm high. Rhizome very short. Roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, puberulous. Stems very slender, filiform, terete, glabrous, at the base covered with lanceolate, acuminate sheaths, 1-leaved, 3-11 cm high, 0.75-1 mm across. Leaf erect, subulate-filiform, acute, adaxially at the base sulcate, terete, glabrous, 1.5-3 cm long, as wide as the stem. Flowers in few-flowered, terminal fascicles, covered with ovate or elliptic-lanceolate, apiculate sheaths. Bracts short, lanceolate, acuminate. Sepals ovate, subacute, sparsely puberulous, at the base, 1.75 mm long. Lateral sepals oblique, at the base dilated along the anterior margins, forming an obtuse, very short mentum with the column-foot. Petals obliquely lanceolate, acute, glabrous, 1.5 mm long. Lip oblong, narrowed at the base, above with two thin small keels, decurrent to below the middle, in front conspicuously thickened, broadly obtuse, 1.78 mm long, glabrous. Column very short, arms well developed, oblong, obtuse, foot short but distinct. Anther subquadrate, in front 3-lobulate, glabrous. Pollinia obliquely obpyriform, viscidium minute, rounded. Ovary cylindrical-clavate, puberulous, about 2.5 mm long. (After Schlechter, 1911-1914).
