Terrestrial, erect, shrubby, somewhat rigid, branched, 50-70 cm high, several-stemmed; rhizome very short; roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, puberulous; stems and branches erect or erect-patent, somewhat rigid, densely leafy, thinly terete, entirely covered by the leaf-sheaths; leaves erect-patent, linear or linear-lanceolate, pointed, apex bidentate with a minute apiculum, 2.3-3.5 cm long, below the middle 0.2-0.4 cm wide; Inflorescence terminal, short, few-flowered, slightly more than half as long as the leaves; bracts lanceolate, subacute, about as long as the ovary. Flowers erect-patent. Sepals oblong, apiculate, glabrous, 0.5 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique, at the base somewhat dilated along the front margin, mentum obtuse, short. Petals obliquely linear-ligulate, obtuse, glabrous, about as long as the sepals. Lip 0.6 cm long, at the base cuneate-clawed, in upper half abruptly dilated into a broadly reniform bilobed blade with undulate-crenate margins, in front deeply and obtusely emarginate, blade above the base 0.5 cm wide, above the base with a cucullate-excavate, forked callus, the ?legs? gradually dilated, in lower half minutely puberulous, in front rounded, decurrent up to the middle of the blade, there with an additional small conical callus. Column short, towards the apex somewhat dilated, glabrous, auricles short. Anther reniform-cordate, subacute, glabrous; pollinia obliquely pyriform-clavate, viscidium broadly elliptic, rather large. Flower yellow-green.

Terrestrial in lower montane forest. Altitude 1200 m.
