Epiphytic, erect, stemless, c. 15 cm high. Roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, glabrous. Leaves 7-8, equitant, distichous, narrowly linear-lanceolate, acuminate or sharply acute, more or less falcate, 6-15 cm long, near the middle 0.5 -0.8 cm wide. Inflorescence erect, flexuose, only slightly surpassing the leaves, densely many-flowered, 9 cm long. Floral bracts lanceolate, acuminate, only slightly longer than the ovary. Flowers erect-patent, not resupinate. Median sepal deflexed, ovate, obtuse, glabrous, almost 0.05 cm long. Lateral sepals deflexed, obliquely oblong, obtuse, as long as the median sepal but narrower. Petals deflexed, linear-ligulate, obtuse, as long as the sepals. Lip erect, blade oblong, 0.1 cm long, at the base on either side with two linear-subulate, subpatent lobes, at the apex with two flexuose-patent, tail-like lobes. Column rather thick, relatively long for the genus. Anther reniform, in front subobtuse. Fruit shortly pedicellate, , oblong, 6-ribbed. (After Schlechter, 1905)
