Synonyms:

Epiphytical, spreading or pendent, several-stemmed, 15-20 cm long. Rhizome very short; roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, glabrous. Stems elongated, flexuose, densely leafy, very long adnate to the bases of the leaves. Leaves falcate-ligulate, acute or acuminate, glabrous, somewhat dilated towards the base, up to 8 cm long, at the base to 1.2 cm wide. Inflorescence flowering up to the base, cylindrical, elongated, densely many-flowered, up to 10 cm long, 0.6 cm diam. across the flowers, towards the apex usually barren. Floral bracts lanceolate, subacute, glabrous, margins subdentate, almost as long as the ovary. Flowers minute, not resupinate, patent, glabrous. Median sepal broadly ovate, obtuse, almost 0.1 cm long. Lateral sepals broadly elliptic, obtuse, oblique, as long as the median sepal. Petals obliquely linear-ligulate, obtuse, margins towards the apex sometimes slightly irregular, as long as the sepals. Lip long-auriculate, auricles falcate-oblong, obtuse, margins thickened, subdentate; blade in outline ovate-oblong, 0.15 cm long, above the middle c. 0.1 cm wide, along the margin up to the base with several coarse teeth, the teeth larger towards the apex, at the base with a suborbicular, crescent-shaped lamella. Column very short, dilated towards the apex. Anther suborbicular-cucullate, apiculate. Ovary clavate, glabrous, c. 0.1 cm long. (After Schlechter, 1911-1914)
