Synonyms:
Epiphytic, stemless, pendent, 40-45 long. Roots filiform, flexuose, elongated. Leaves usually 4, pendent, strongly unequal, linear, the basal one sometimes only 0.5 cm long, the apical one up to 45 cm long, in the middle 1-1.2 cm wide, narrowed towards the apex, acute. Inflorescence filiform-elongated, cylindrical, up to 30 cm long, almost 0.3 cm diam. across the flowers. Floral bracts ovate, setaceous-acuminate, only slightly longer than the ovary. Flowers appressed to the rachis, whorled. Sepals ovate, subobtuse, 0.15 cm long, glabrous. Petals obliquely lanceolate, obtuse, as long as the sepals. Lip oblong, 0.2 cm long, at the apex obtuse-truncate, shallowly notched. Column short, rather thick, front margin towards the apex almost winged. Anther broadly ovoid, in front subobtuse. Ovary cylindrical, minutely papillose, 0.1 cm long. (After Schlechter, 1905)
