Synonyms:

Epiphytic, erect or spreading, up to 20 cm long. Rhizome short; roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, glabrous. Stems entirely hidden by the leaf-bases, somewhat flexuose, c. 7-10-leaved. Leaves erect-patent or suberect, free part linear-ligulate, acute, more or less falcate-oblique, up to 10 cm long, at the base 0.5-0.6 cm wide. Inflorescence cylindrical, densely many-flowered, shorter than the upper leaves, carrying flowers up to the base. Floral bracts patent, lanceolate, acute or acuminate, dorsally keeled, margins subdentate, hyaline, as long as the flowers. Flowers minute, patent, apex somewhat incurved, glabrous. Median sepal oblong, obtuse, 0.15 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique ovate-oblong, subobtuse, as long as the median sepal. Petals obliquely oblong-ligulate, apex subfalcate, subacute, glabrous, margins entire, as long as the sepals. Lip broadly ovate-cordate, subobtuse acuminate, 0.1 cm long, at the base 0.08 cm wide. Column short. Anther suborbicular, obtuse, glabrous. Ovary cylindrical, glabrous, including the pedicel 0.1 cm long. (After Schlechter, 1911-1914)
