Stem sharply flattened, ribbed, 9 cm long, 1-leaved. Leaf not articulated, long sheathing at the base, glabrous, grass-like, lanceolate, long acuminate, narrowed towards the base, 33 by 2 cm. Peduncle scales at base of inflorescence concealed by the leaf sheath, thin, papyraceous, lanceolate, acuminate, 3 cm. Inflorescence 19 cm long, rachis a little flattened, laxly c. 10-flowered. Floral bracts lanceolate, linear, long acuminate, 1.5 cm long. Sepals almost equal, linear, obtuse, 1.4 by 0.1 cm. Petals narrower, linear. Lip orbicular, entire, claw very short; blade 1.3 cm long and wide; callus minute, oblong, truncate. Column short and thick, almost straight, 0.2 cm long, 0.1 cm diam., together with the clinandrium broadly and thinly winged, the wings translucent. Pedicel with ovary 3 cm long.
