Synonyms:
Epiphyte without leaves, rather small. Roots flattened, flexuose, 0.2-0.35 cm wide, up to 20 cm long. Inflorescence somewhat laxly to almost densely many-flowered, including the filiform peduncle up to 2.5 cm long. Floral bracts deltoid, much shorter than the ovary. Flowers rather small, glabrous, opening in succession. Sepals ligulate, acute, keeled, 0.4 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique. Petals similar to the sepals but somewhat shorter. Lip at the base semiorbicular, below the middle 3-lobed, as long as the petals, hollowed out, between the tips of the lateral lobes 0.35 cm wide; lateral lobes falcate, acute; mid-lobe much larger, elliptic, acute; spur very short, semioblongoid. Column very short; rostellum short, bifid. Anther rounded-cucullate, short-rostrate. Ovary subsessile, glabrous, 0.3 cm long. (After Schlechter, 1911-1914)
