Epiphyte, long creeping, very small. Rhizome strongly elongated, filiform, flexuose. Roots filiform, flexuose, glabrous. Pseudobulbs 4.5-7 cm apart, ovoid, 0.5 by 0.3 cm below the middle; 1-leaved. Leaf erect, narrowly oblong-ligulate, obtuse, glabrous, 1.4-2.7 by 0.35-0.7 cm near the middle; base narrowed. Inflorescences 1-flowered, 1.7-2.5 cm long, setiform, with a few small peduncle-scales. Floral bracts very small, much shorter than the ovary and pedicel. Flower glabrous. Sepals elliptic, minutely apiculate, 0.4 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique, somewhat longer and broader than the median sepal. Petals obliquely obovate, obtuse, apiculate, 0.25 cm long. Lip quadrangular-elliptic, broadly obtuse, about as long as the petals, slightly curved, somewhat fleshy; base indistinctly auriculate. Column short; stelidia rather inconspicuous, slightly lobed; column-foot somewhat incurved. Anther reniform-cucullate, umbonate, glabrous. Pedicel and ovary slender, glabrous, 0.6-0.8 cm long. Flower whitish. Lip red.
Epiphyte in lower montane forest; 500-2100 m.
