Epiphytic, several-stemmed, 10-20 cm high; rhizome very short; roots filiform, elongated, flexuose, puberulous; stems erect or suberect, straight or almost straight, densely leafy, terete, glabrous, entirely covered by the closely appressed leaf-sheaths; leaves oblong or lanceolate, apex strongly unequally bi-apiculate or bicuspidate, glabrous, 0.8-1.5 cm long, in the middle or below the middle 0.35-0.55 cm wide; Inflorescence more or less densely many-flowered, up to 5 cm long, distichous; bracts patent, large, lanceolate, cuspidate, margins lacerate-dentate, glabrous, lower ones usually almost two times longer than the flowers, upper ones gradually somewhat decreasing in size. Flowers patent. Sepals ovate-oblong, long apiculate, glabrous, 0.35 cm long. Lateral sepals at the base along the front margin strongly dilated, forming an oblong, obtuse, 0.3 cm long mentum. Petals obliquely linear-ligulate, obtuse, glabrous, somewhat shorter than the sepals. Lip 0.6 cm long, above the oblong, obtuse claw expanded into a suborbicular blade, in front with an oblong obtuse swelling, blade 0.28 cm wide, with 2 obtuse keels from the middle of the blade decurrent on the claw, the keels hairy on the claw, inside at the base of the claw with a small callus. Column short, often without rostellum, column-foot slender, rostellum strongly emarginate. Anther subquadrate-cucullate, in front emarginate; pollinia 6, obliquely clavate, in two triples, each triple shortly attached to two stipe, viscidia two, separate, narrowly elliptic, acute, large. Ovary cylindrical subsessile, glabrous, 0.3 cm long.
