Synonyms:
Stems elongated, pendulous. Leaf blade not articulate with the sheath, usually very short, in O. pachyambon and kaernbachiana Krzl. more elongated. Flower longer than wide. Sepals and petals rolled up backwards. Lip with large basal auricles clasping the column, auricles keeled or with thickened margin; epichile more or less bifid, the top margin denticulate.
